Master Cleanser aka Lemonade Diet

Saturday, May 22nd, 2010

The Master Cleanser Diet, or as popularly known; The Lemonade Diet was created by the late Naturopath Stanley Burroughs. The Diet consists of fasting to rid the body of toxins, created by improper diet, lack of exercise and negative mental attitudes. The purpose of the Lemonade Diet is to dissolve and eliminate toxins and congestion; to cleanse the kidneys and digestive system; to purify glands; to eliminate waste and hardened materials in the joints and muscles; to build a healthy bloodstream; to maintain optimal blood pressure; and to what you all are waiting to hear… to lose weight. As a reducing diet it is superior in every way, reducing fat at a rate of about two (2) pounds a day for most persons, without harmful side effects.

Colon Cleanser Reviews ? Tips To Take Note When Buying Colon Cleansers

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

You certainly know that the colon is an integral part of the human body. However, it follows suit that you retain a solid idea about what it does, how it functions, and how to take good care of it.

It is then significant to keep the colon clear of all wastes so that it can continue with its task. In view of this, a look at the colon cleanser reviews is just what you need.

Going through a bunch of colon reviews both online and offline would be beneficial for you. At least you’ll get educated with regards to how you should take good care of your overall health.

So how do you deal with the maintenance of a waste-free colon? It’s easy. Simply take a glance at these steps!
Pick out a product that is entirely made from organic ingredients.

Chemicals and additive compounds may just worsen your situation instead of improving your health so you must be on the lookout for these components when you purchase any colon cleanser. Watch out for compounds called Senna and Cascara as they have been noted to cause unstable heartbeat, potassium loss, and electrolyte imbalance.

Eat fiber-enriched foods and oxygen-based colon cleansers. They are known to effectively aid in the removal of the toxins both from the colon and the intestines.

Consider the colon cleanser product’s price and quality. These two factors go hand in hand. You would not need a product that’s too expensive yet has no capacity to make you feel well.

Get the product that offers you more benefits. Be sure that the colon cleanser that you choose is sure to relieve you of the colon waste buildup and some harmful organisms.
Consider the safety of its intake. The prolonged use of these products may damage your colon nerves.

Consult the health professionals. Only the healthcare providers can give you the best prescription because they are abreast of the colon cleanser reviews themselves.

It’s always worth soliciting their advice.

Before choosing any product, browse through a couple of colon cleanser reviews. Remember, it’s not all about the brand and the price. It’s all about the benefit and the quality. Hence, take time to catch up the facts that the colon cleanser reviews provide.

What facial cleanser helps removes off all make up on your face?

Sunday, May 16th, 2010

I’ve used neutragena face washes but they do not remove all of the make up on my face. I want a cleanser that removes off all the make up, like the foundation and all. But for a good price nothing super expensive, any recommendations?

What kind of moisturizer and cleanser should I use after acne’s cleared up?

Friday, May 7th, 2010

I’ve had moderate acne for a few months now and I’m just starting to clear up after months of using 2.5% benzoyl peroxide cleanser and the 10% benzoyl peroxide gel. I’m not getting any new pimples and it’s getting better.

I think I have combination skin where it’s oily around my nose and chin but dry everywhere else.

What kind of moisturizer and cleanser should I use now that my acne’s cleared up?

What Should You Expect From a Hypoallergenic Facial Cleanser?

Saturday, May 1st, 2010

Each hypoallergenic facial cleanser should guarantee completion of both a primary and a secondary function. First, a facial cleanser should allow the man or woman who uses that same product to perform an effective cleansing routine. Yet a hypoallergenic facial cleanser also has a secondary role. That is the removal of dirt and grime, without the introduction of a substance that has the ability to irritate the skin.

The best facial cleansers show no evidence of a linkage to the appearance of a skin rash or other skin problems. The best facial cleansers fail to damage sensitive skin, because they do not contain a concentrated amount of certain, synthetic chemicals. Many hypoallergenics contain only natural ingredients.

A facial cleanser with hypoallergenic ingredients does not work rapidly to clear the face of grime and dirt. A hypoallergenic cleansing product carries out its function by acting gently on the skin. By acting gently on the skin, it allows the skin to retain its natural oils.

When a manufacturer prepares a cleanser, especially one that does not cause an allergic reaction, then that manufacturer often puts only ingredients from natural sources into the completed product. Such a cleanser does not contain harsh chemicals because it can rob the skin of its natural oils. Depletion of those oils can lead to the development of specific health problems.

So, what ingredients might be named on the label of a hypoallergenic facial cleanser? One of the best facial cleansers contains bioactive polymers. What are bioactive polymers, and why are they added to the product?

Bioactive polymers provide the maker of a facial cleanser with the ability to create a product that can treat the skin with keratin. Keratin is a protein, a protein that is found in all healthy skin cells. Today, one top-quality cleanser contains keratin that has been solubilized and has been used to make bioactive biopolymers. The user of this hypoallergenic facial cleanser then coats a select group of endothelial cells with the polymers, allowing the keratin to penetrate into those same cells.

Consumers should make note of the source of that keratin. The keratin that goes into the bioactive polymers comes from the wool of sheep. Now these are not just any sheep; they are sheep that have been raised on farms in New Zealand. Animals in New Zealand have, to date, shown no trace of the infectious agent that has been linked to Mad Cow Disease. In other words, such protein has been classed as a higher purity of protein.

Now, if you are planning to cleanse your face, do you want to use a product that might destroy the natural moisture in your face or do you want to use one that might expose your face to harsh chemicals or to a potentially dangerous protein? Few people would give a “yes” answer to those two questions.

That fact underscores the superior nature of a natural cleanser, especially one that has keratin, keratin made from the wool of New Zealand sheep. Now you know.

What is a really good skin cleanser and a moisturizer for combination/sensitive skin?

Wednesday, April 28th, 2010

I really need a new face cleanser and moisturizer to help give me a clear, fresh faced, toned skin look. I have combination/sensitive skin, and also I need something that isn’t too expensive. If i could go out and buy Elizabeth Arden I would but i cant!
What are some cheaper face products that will really help my skin? I don’t have bad acne or really dry skin, but it just looks kind of uneven, dull, blotchy, and my pores are big.

Colon Cleansers – My Experience With Colon Cleanse Elite

Thursday, April 22nd, 2010

I struggle with losing weight. If you’re reading this I’d assume that we have that in common. We’ve all tried every “Hot New” diet and every “Lose 1,000 Pounds Overnight” quickie plan. We hope that we can find that magic diet or pill that will help stay lean and strong throughout the remainder of our lives. Though, as is always the case, these promises never fail to fall face down. Just eat healthy foods. Just exercise. I’ve been told that by every personal trainer I’ve ever met. You know it as well as I do, eating right and getting exercise just isn’t enough. I do that and still have much weight to lose. Whether it’s Genetics or not has always been a wideley contested debate but I can tell you first hand that I eat as much or less than most of my skinny friends, and I’ve always been the one to fight the battle of the bulge.

Can Colon Cleansers Help Me Lose Weight?

Everyone is talking about Colon Cleansers these days. Every supplement store and online retailer boasts tons of different brands of colon cleanser products. I actually used many of these products but they rarely, if ever, matched what could be done in a medical office. I had read enough of the medical journals and the various testimonials to be sure that there had to be some benefit to colon cleansers. I was still convinced that I could find a product that really would work and help me get over that hump that I just couldn’t seem to get over. And, don’t get me wrong, I was absolutely exercising and eating right. But I couldn’t bring myself to take the DRASTIC further steps in eating to reach my goals. I didn’t want to be that person that carried around a cooler with six prepared meals and a gallon of water. I didn’t want to be bound to the clock and have to eat my next meal every three to four hours. That is simply no way to live. I needed to have a life too. I wanted to enjoy being able to go out and have a dinner every once in a while. Besides dieting THAT drastically always leads to failure. I simply needed a diet that I could follow for the rest of my life. I’m happy to report that I did, in fact find colon cleansers that worked for me. In one program I lost nearly twenty five pounds over the course of one week. Yes, ONE week. It is entirely possible. The bulk of the colonc cleanse program was completed in a three day weekend and tapered off over the following week. I won’t go into the specifics of what exactly was “cleansed” from my system but needless to say there was a lot of “STUFF” that just should not have been in there!

I’m just me and I love to write.  I needed to lose weight and tried some products.  What I write about is ONLY my experience.
