hey, im 14 and im already getting wrinkles on my forhead from having so many facial expressions. Are there any foods or products that can help me get rid of them?

I just purchased a pair of pants that have care instructions which state that: 1) they must be hang dried, 2) they cannot be ironed, and 3) they cannot be dry cleaned.
